1/2	c	Wish-bone italian dressing
1/2	ts	Ground ginger; (optional)
2	tb	Firmly packed brown sugar
2	tb	Soy sauce
1		1/2 pounds flank; top round or,
		; sirloin , (up to 1)

teak steak

In shallow dish, combine all ingredients except steak. Add steak, turn to coat. Cover marinate in refrigerator 3 to 24 hours. Remove steak, reserving marindade. Grill or broil until steak is done. Boil reserved marinade, pour over steak. Makes 6 servings. Typed by Ethel Snyder Date: Sept. 21, 1997
